We are hiring! Do you want to get paid to snowshoe/snowmobile in the Winter, and/or traverse & hike in the Summer through the Rocky Mountains in and around a top 10 USA ski resort? Do you have an aptitude for simple math and geometry, handheld computer skills, problem solving, and want to learn a high tech skill in demand? We seek physically fit, outdoorsy individuals who ideally have experience surveying as rodmen /field hands / party chief but will train the person who demonstrates an aptitude for learning and progression in this exciting, challenging, and elite industry. This is not a dead end retail / food service career opportunity. Many of our previous employees have gone on to complete their studies part time/full-time and have become themselves licensed Surveyors and Civil Engineers with firms of their own across Colorado and the country. This firm wants that to happen if you want to make it happen.
Positions Open: Field Technician, Party Chief.
Education and licensing requirements include a minimum of a High School Diploma. An Associates of Arts/Science degree (or Part -Time Status) in Mathematics, Engineering Sciences, Geography, GIS, Civil Engineering or related field of study is a bonus. In addition, beneficial skills to demonstrate include time management, self-motivation, basic use of handheld tools, organization and communication, office software (MS Office ) and scanning equipment.
